Kelly Herrick - Partner

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Kelly moved to Japan and spent three years working for the Japanese government on the JET Program. Her passport filled to capacity from her many world travels, she returned to her native soil and became an Account Executive at a New York City agency specializing in international communications. It was there that she discovered her real passion--business development and client service. With that as her focus, Kelly became an Executive Recruiter for a search firm, where she specialized in placing advertising and media professionals, and in 2001 co-founded Searchlight.
