Every year I look forward to the week that the magnolias come into bloom. This year a late freeze hit and the full bloom was not to be.
It reminds me of hiring and job loss.
Sometimes people can do everything right and the unexpected happens.
A hiring freeze or an unexpected event that upends plans. It may take a little while but the magnolias will bloom again. The dream job will open up.
Keep moving forward, do not despair, and spring will eventually come.
